Relocation is provided, accommodation covered for your first month, work visa/permit provided, and even a signing on bonus is paid once settled in.
Salaries are typically around $55-70k USD and there are the usual shift enhancements and overtime available in most cases.
Important: For these roles we are not able to help nurses with ICU, Maternity etc experience. These are more focused on nurses who have experience within:
Geriatrics – Nursing homes, home health, hospice settings.
Med surg – rehab facilities, acute care hospitals.
Vanilla Nursing home/inpatient rehab/home health – caretakers & caregivers

Your Core Responsibilities:

Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain Documentation & Ensure Compliance: Accurately document patient interactions and uphold all regulatory standards to ensure high-quality, compliant care.
- Mentor and Develop Your Team: Share your knowledge, support the growth of new team members, and foster a collaborative work environment that brings out everyone’s best.
- Respond in Critical Situations: Be prepared to act swiftly in emergencies, drawing on your training to provide effective care and support when it’s needed most.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
· Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in your country and be willing to obtain local registration with the relevant State in USA before employment. Current NCLEX is essential as is CGFNS cert.
· Experience: At least one year of nursing experience in long-term care, home care, hospice, skilled nursing facility, medical surgical wards. We can not accept Maternity specialists for this role sadly.
