Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manager of Labor and Delivery (RN) to lead a dynamic and compassionate L&D team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the unit, ensuring safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care in alignment with hospital standards and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight of daily clinical operations within the Labor & Delivery unit

• Ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery aligned with hospital policies and evidence-based practices

• Manage and mentor nursing staff, promoting continuous development and accountability

• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and executive leadership to meet quality, safety, and patient satisfaction targets

• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement performance improvement initiatives

• Support staff scheduling, budget management, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• Minimum 1 year of RECENT leadership experience within Labor & Delivery (within the last 12 months)

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and improve clinical outcomes
