Location: Portland, OR (multiple clinics in the Portland service area)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (clinic hours: 7AM–7PM)
Salary Range: $99,000–$153,000 (USD)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (for eligible rehires and external hires)

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join their Outpatient Care Resource Department. This unique role offers the opportunity to support multiple clinics within the Portland service area, delivering patient-centered therapy across a broad range of diagnoses and conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services tailored to individual patient needs and functional goals.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and design customized treatment plans.

• Provide consultations and interventions to maximize patient independence.

• Collaborate with care teams across clinics to ensure continuity and quality of care.

• Travel between assigned clinics in the Portland area to support patient needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist License (upon hire).

• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire).

• For certain clinics (PL540 & PL580): Department of Human Services (DHS) background check required.

• Specialized training or experience in a focused area of physical therapy may be preferred.
