Registered Nurse (RN) – Weekend Nights

Employment Type: Full-Time | Weekend Night Shift (1900–0700)
Salary: competitive & DOE
Bonus: $15,000 commitment bonus (2-year agreement)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient-centered healthcare team. Reporting to the Unit Director, this role is responsible for assessing patient needs, creating and implementing individualized care plans, and performing clinical procedures in line with the Iowa State Board of Nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate nursing care to patients.

• Assess patient conditions, document findings, and develop individualized care plans.

• Administer medications, monitor responses, and adjust interventions as necessary.

• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and the patient’s family to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Uphold regulatory standards, safety policies, and ethical practices.

• Provide mentorship and support to team members as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.

• Current, unencumbered Iowa RN license (or Compact State equivalent).

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Recent RN experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred:

• Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience.
