Position: Paediatric Occupational Therapist (Live-Out)
Location: Jordan
Salary: From £1,500 net per week (DOE) for full time, or £1200 net pw for month on/off rota
Hours: Up to 30 per week, 5 days
Accommodation: Provided nearby

A warm and professional household is looking for an experienced OT to work alongside their SEN nanny/speech therapist in supporting their affectionate 4-year-old son, who has autism and developmental delays.

Key duties:

Assess sensory, fine/gross motor, and functional needs

Deliver engaging, play-based therapy programmes

Support self-care skills and independence

Adapt the environment to promote learning and comfort

Collaborate daily with the SEN nanny/speech therapist

Guide parents and caregivers, monitor progress

About the role:
You’ll help strengthen sensory regulation, motor planning, and independence while complementing speech therapy to enhance communication and reduce frustration. The little boy loves swimming, running, and play, so creativity and patience are essential.

Requirements:

Qualified Paediatric OT with 5+ years’ experience

Expertise in sensory processing and autism

Fluent English, DBS, First Aid, references

Commitment to 1-year contract and willingness to travel
