We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance, refurbishment, and reinforcement of our electric transmission and distribution network. This role involves leading maintenance teams, developing asset strategies, improving grid reliability, and ensuring all safety and operational standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive maintenance and asset management strategies
• Lead maintenance teams and oversee performance targets
• Analyse data to support grid reliability and planning
• Manage materials, budgets, and external contracts
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years’ electric utility maintenance experience
• Knowledge of asset management in transmission & distribution
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Supervisory/management experience preferred
• ICS experience and ability to obtain Senior Authorisation

Salary range – $150,000 – $160,000
plus relocation package for the successful candidate would receive a $3,000 budget (excluding airfare) and three months of paid housing.
