Are you a strong clinical leader with a passion for maternal health? We’re hiring a Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager (RN) to oversee a high-performing L&D unit in Las Vegas. This is a full-time, onsite role managing 24-hour operations and ensuring patients receive safe, high-quality care.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Provide 24/7 leadership of Labor & Delivery operations

• Ensure nursing care meets all regulatory and quality standards

• Supervise and mentor clinical staff to deliver patient-centered care

• Lead performance improvement initiatives and compliance efforts

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

📚 Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN required

• Current Nevada RN license

• ACLS, BCLS, and NRP certifications required

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, including 1–2 years in a management role

• Experience in Labor & Delivery strongly preferred
