About the Opportunity
A premier healthcare provider in Colorado is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join their dynamic Cardiology team. This full-time role offers the chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care across both inpatient and outpatient settings in one of the most scenic communities in the state.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and examinations

Deliver care aligned with established treatment plans and clinical best practices

Identify and escalate complications as needed
-
Manage outpatient visits and inpatient rounding/consults
-
Supervise various forms of stress testing, including exercise, echo, nuclear, and dobutamine
-
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve care coordination and outcomes

Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Required:
-
Minimum 2 years of cardiology experience as an NP or PA

Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) or graduate of an accredited PA program
-
Active and unrestricted Colorado APN or PA license (DORA)

DEA license
-
BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)

Strong cardiovascular assessment and diagnostic skills

Independent decision-making in high-volume environments
