Annual ED Volume: 34,000 patient visits
Schedule: Structured APP shifts (8 AM–6 PM, 12 PM–10 PM, 6 PM–4 AM)
EMR System: EPIC


Overview:

Join a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) seeking a dynamic, team-oriented setting with strong physician collaboration.


Position Highlights:

  • Flexible, structured 10-hour shifts

  • Utilize EPIC in a modern clinical environment


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and manage emergency department patients across all acuity levels

  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as appropriate

  • Accurately document encounters using EPIC

  • Collaborate closely with ED physicians and clinical team


Qualifications:

  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with 2+ years of recent hospital-based Emergency Medicine experience

  • Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain

  • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS

  • Proficiency in high-acuity clinical decision-making and emergency care
