We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support grid maintenance, refurbishment, and reinforcement activities within Grid Management Services. This role oversees daily planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance works while ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality performance across transmission and distribution assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance crews and coordinate daily work activities
• Ensure delivery of maintenance and refurbishment work to required standards
• Develop work packages and support planning and scheduling
• Monitor asset inspections, field data collection, and material tracking
• Identify tools and equipment needs and support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and other departments
• Maintain training competency tracking and provide technical guidance
• Respond to customer and vendor enquiries

Education & Experience

• Associate Degree, Level 4 NVQ, BTEC HNC, or equivalent in electrical engineering technology
• Technical College or City & Guilds Craft Certificate (Part II) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years’ T&D electrical operations and maintenance experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office and asset management systems (Maximo/SAP an asset)
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
