Our client is we are committed to delivering the highest standard of healthcare through service excellence, education, and leadership. We are seeking a motivated, skilled, and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join their team in a supportive but dynamic clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive assessments for inpatients and outpatients, using objective clinical measures to identify problems and create client-centered treatment plans.

Deliver effective therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress, adjusting plans as needed.

Meet departmental productivity standards for patient care and related duties.

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in line with current standards and policies; prepare clinical reports as required.

Supervise, delegate, and support aides, assistants, and students with written treatment plans.

Liaise with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Track and report accurate statistics for both direct and indirect time spent.

Contribute to service development and continuous improvement of Occupational Therapy within the hospital.
Qualifications & Registration

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university (with certification in jurisdiction of training, if applicable).

1–2 years post-graduate experience, preferably in a hospital setting.

Eligible for registration with the Bermuda Council for Allied Health Professions (CAHP), including meeting re-registration requirements.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Demonstrated flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving skills to meet diverse patient needs.

Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to support staff and students effectively.
Schedule
This role participates in a six-day rota, which includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
