Salary – 155k to 240k Hiring Bonus $10,000  for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a qualified RN Nurse Manager for their Mother-Baby unit. This role focuses on mentoring clinical staff and ensuring top-tier patient satisfaction through high-quality care and service. The Nurse Manager will direct and supervise activities in assigned areas.

Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
● Active California Registered Nurse License.
● BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:
● At least 2 years of clinical experience in a specialty area.
● Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
