Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary with a good level of ARABIC to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.

Maintain and update records, files, and databases.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.

Assist in event planning, office management, and procurement of supplies.

Take meeting minutes and distribute action points.

Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

High level of professionalism and discretion.

Good level of Arabic
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
