Job Title: Clinical Supervisor – Intellectual Disabilities

Package: $96,517 / £70,960 (approx) 

• Almost tax free salary
• $5000 relocation payment

Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to support and enhance the operational and clinical aspects of Intellectual Disabilities services. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality care and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The Clinical Supervisor will work closely with the Clinical Manager and will be responsible for staff coordination, policy implementation, and quality assurance within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to support the strategic direction and service development of the Intellectual Disabilities unit.
• Serve as acting manager during the absence of the Clinical Manager.
• Assist in managing departmental budgets and controlling labor costs.
• Ensure staff meet all mandated regulatory and competency training requirements.
• Support recruitment, staffing allocation, and scheduling to maintain safe and effective patient care.
• Help implement policies and procedures aligned with best practices and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications & Registrations:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or equivalent Allied Health qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a clinical or functional healthcare setting.
• Active registration or licensure with the Bermuda Nurses Council, Allied Health Council, or other relevant professional body.
