Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized and approved university; • 6+ years of diversified experience with a law firm, large corporation, or other sophisticated business organization; • Experience delivering top-quality, professional corporate events in a variety of locations and sectors; • Experience working with senior management, government officials, and/or a board of directors; • Attention to detail, excellent teamwork, negotiation and communication skills; and • Proficiency in written and spoken communication principles.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Experience • Energy industry (oil and gas, petrochemical, power or oil field services), public company and international experience are a plus.
More detailed job description:   Our client is a world-leading employer within the Energy field, and is seeking an experienced and highly qualified event planner, public affairs or public relations professional (“Public Relations Specialist”) to coordinate, organize and provide logistics support to the Board and Board Committee meetings of the Board of Directors. Headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, the successful candidate will support the Corporate Secretary and Assistant Corporate Secretary in organizing and managing logistics support for board and board committee meetings (including site location planning, itinerary development and coordination, travel, entertainment, catering, and other associated activities), as well as handling a broad spectrum of related matters that confront a global energy company.The business is growing in response to a broad corporate initiative that involves the continued growth of its exploration, production, refining and marketing, along with expansion into petrochemicals, renewables, power and other sectors of the energy business. Duties and responsibilities • Working with senior executives to develop meeting itineraries, finalize detailed planning, and coordinate other decisions necessary for private, top-quality, professional corporate events; • Liaising with business teams, government offices, and vendors around the globe to provide logistics support for board and board committee meetings; • Organizing presenters and written materials to facilitate a seamless presentation of information to the board directors; • Coordinating with IT and managing technology interfaces for senior management and board directors, including but not limited to an online board portal software tool. • Provide other necessary board support, as may be required; and • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising attorneys.

Working with our partner/client who is searching for 2 x registered Children's Home Managers, with specialist complex needs experience. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, including 2 of the last 5 years in a management role. The ideal candidates will have, or be willing to study towards, a relevant Level 5 Diploma. Previous experience of supporting supporting people with  Complex needs is essential, possibly as an assistant manager in a similar setting. Salary is negotiable but IRO £50-55k DOE. Working with our partner/client who is searching for 3 x registered Children's Home assistant Managers, with some specialist complex needs experience and a minimum of 2 years experience in supporting people with complex needs. Ideally you will hold a level  3 or 4 Diploma or be willing to undertake the training. The ideal candidate will have some experience in leading teams, inspection procedures, and child protection and working to the Ofsted CQC Fundamental Standards Experience in the staff recruitment procedure. Knowledge and experience of emotional and behavioural difficulties and equal opportunities is essential. Clean driving license and access to a car are also required.
