Are you a qualified and experienced (7+ years) Project Manager, ideally a graduate with experience in/around Healthcare projects? Would you consider relocation to Bermuda? Working with our client based on the island, we would love to hear from you if so. It is likely that the successful applicant will have a BSc in a related field, as well as having Chartered status or similar. A relocation package is offered along with 3 month's initial accommodation if required and an almost tax-free salary of $124 per annum. Reporting to the Director of Estates & Facilities / Principal Engineer, the Project Manager – Estates and Facilities, is primarily responsible for the development, management and reporting of capital and operational projects within the Facilities Management and Estates Services Department. Key responsibilities include:- Managing Facilities Management capital and operational projects, including planning, execution and commissioning
- Managing internal resources, external consultants, contractors and other service providers to accomplish project objectives while ensuring operational efficiency
- Preparing project documentation including business cases, specifications, schedules, contracts and construction documents
- Managing all project expenditures according to financial instructions and other relevant financial controls
- Managing assigned operating and capital budgets
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, contractors and service providers to ensure effective service delivery
- Effectively communicates with staff and customers on project developments and impacts to service delivery
- Working with clinical professionals and other staff to ensure that the built environment can deliver high quality, effective and efficient patient care
- Bachelor’s Degree (B. Sc.) or equivalent technical qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Diploma in Project Management or equivalent is essential
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant post-graduate experience, with three (3) years at management level and Five (5) years of Contract and Construction Management experience
- Three (3) years relevant post-Project Management qualification experience
- Chartered or Registered Building Surveyor, Architect, Engineer or Project Management desirable
- Experience within healthcare facilities is desirable

ADDICTION COUNSELOR - SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAMME
Location: Bermuda Salary: IRO £70k almost tax-free for 35 hours pw. Under the leadership of the Clinical Manager the Counsellor facilitates treatment to persons addicted to substances. The successful candidate will provide individual and group counselling based on the Twelve Core Functions of Addiction Counsellors. Key responsibilities include:- Conducts initial intake and assessment on clients and collaborate with clients on treatment planning
- Provide treatment to persons who have substance use disorders and mental health issues.
- Advocates on behalf of clients with partner agencies and refers clients to other services as required
- Plans and monitors aftercare progress with clients, involving significant others and family members, emphasizing the importance of a recovery program, the self-help community, sponsorship and other community support agencies and resources.
- Liaises with internal and external departments as needed.

CONSULTANT PSYCHIATRIST - DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHIATRY & PSYCHOLOGY
Location: Bermuda Are you a Consultant Psychiatrist considering relocating from the UK for a great quality of life? Our client in Bermuda is searching for a full-time, permanent Psychiatrist. The successful candidate will assume clinical responsibility for the psychiatric care of clients in the respective Adult Psychiatric Clinical Programme (APCP) and Child & Adolescent Services (CAS). This will include diagnostic work ups, psychopharmacologic management, referral for psychotherapy and wider multi-disciplinary team (MDT) as needed, basic screening for medical co-morbidities and coordination of metabolic monitoring dependent upon treatment plans. Key responsibilities include:- Clinical work will comprise of service needs but will include service to both inpatients and outpatient areas. The specific allocation will be determined by the Chief of Psychiatry. This will include clinical assessments of clients, formulation of treatment plans, facilitation and Resident supervision within care, and medical leadership during inpatient ward rounds along with management of out patient cases.
- Actively participating in program development, clinical audits, the development of quality assurance programmes and participate within the peer review process.
- Consultant psychiatric on-call duties as required include liaising psychiatric services to King Edward Memorial Hospital and after-hours coverage of the adult psychiatric services with case reviews out of hours as per departmental need.
- Preparation of court reports for professional report purposes upon request of the Courts
- Acting as the responsible Medical Officer for inpatients / outpatient within Community Mental Health Services (CMHS) in addition to detained inpatients and/or outpatients under Community Treatment orders
- Liaising with the Mental Health Act Administrator to coordinate referrals to the second opinion regarding consent to treatment provisions of the Mental Health Act 1968
- Timely completion of Mental Health Review Tribunal (MHRT) referrals, reports and participation in MHRT hearings as required in addition to mandated hearing participation for patients under conditions of Community Treatment Orders.
- Board certification or equivalent Specialist Certification in country of training
- Requirement will be evaluated on its merits as part of the entire applications required for Bermuda Medical Council Registration.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Supervision: Guide students through clinical rotations in OB/GYN and women’s health settings. Instruct on procedures, safety, patient care, documentation, and assessments.

Student Mentorship: Orient students to clinical environments, facilitate group learning, and evaluate clinical performance using structured assessment tools.

Curriculum Integration: Ensure alignment of clinical experiences with BSN program goals. Participate in teaching specialized content and assessing learning outcomes.

Collaboration: Work closely with clinical sites, preceptors, and academic faculty to coordinate schedules, ensure quality placements, and maintain program standards.

Compliance & Professionalism: Maintain RN licensure, complete required health screenings, and serve as a professional role model in all interactions.
Qualifications

Education: BSN required

Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct patient care, with 2–3 years in OB/GYN, women’s health, or medical-surgical nursing.

Licensure: Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (multi-state compact acceptable)

Certifications: CPR required; ACLS preferred. CNE or CNEcl certification is a plus

Other: Teaching or precepting experience preferred; familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation

Key Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 leadership for the NICU team, ensuring safe, high-quality, and developmentally appropriate neonatal care
